How to delete your data from Zaki.

This English text is an informational translation. The Spanish version is the one that is legally binding: read it in Spanish.

1. If you subscribed to Zaki (practice or law firm)

Email hola@zaki-ai.com.mx from your account email and ask us to delete it. Before that we give you, at no cost, a full export of your information in CSV and JSON. We confirm your identity and reply within twenty business days at most.

Deleting it removes your users, your settings and the billing data we are not required to keep by law. Clinical records and case files are not deleted at that moment: regulations require keeping them for five years after the last entry, encrypted and with no one accessing them; when that period ends they are deleted.

2. If you connected your WhatsApp Business

When you connect your number, Zaki stores the identifiers of your WhatsApp Business account and the access permission Meta grants it. To remove it:

• From Meta: in Meta Business Suite, go to Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps and remove Zaki.
• From Zaki: email us at hola@zaki-ai.com.mx and we disconnect it for you.

Either way we delete those identifiers and that permission from Zaki and stop sending WhatsApp notices from your number. Notices keep going out by email if you have them on.

3. If you are a patient or client of an organization that uses Zaki

Your data belongs to that organization, which is responsible to you. Ask it to delete your data or to stop sending you notices. If you reply «BAJA» to a WhatsApp notice, you stop receiving them. If you write to us, we forward your request.

You can also exercise your ARCO rights before Ashura: access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data, and revoke your consent. Write to hola@zaki-ai.com.mx with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. We answer within twenty business days at most.
