Your business's register, in order.

You ring up sales at the counter and orders go straight to the kitchen. Every sale deducts its inventory, and Zaki tells you what's worth checking. It works for cafés, taquerías, restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops, with or without staff. AI suggestions are in testing.

You sell all day. How much did you make?

Today

  • The register doesn't balance and nobody knows why.
  • Orders reach the kitchen shouted or on paper slips.
  • You find out something ran out when a customer asks for it.
  • Customer tabs live in a notebook.

With Zaki

  • Every shift opens and closes with its report. If someone cancels a sale, it shows who approved it.
  • The order shows up on the kitchen screen.
  • Every sale deducts its ingredients, so you see what's left.
  • Each customer's tab has its limit, payments and balance.

What Zaki handles at your business.

  • Fast counter sales: search for the product or scan it. Take cash, card, transfer or a mix.
  • If the internet goes down, the sale is saved on the device. It syncs on its own when the signal comes back.
  • Discounts and cancellations need the manager's password. They go into the log.
  • You track each customer's tab, with its limit, payments and balance.

  • Digital menu with prices and what's available today.
  • Customers order from their phone with a QR code, and your staff confirms the order.
  • The order shows up on the kitchen screen.
  • The table's bill can be paid in full or split.

  • A digital card on the customer's phone. No app to download.
  • Stamps or points are added at checkout.
  • A reward for whoever brings you a new customer.
  • QR coupons with a usage cap. To redeem one, you ask for the customer's code.

  • Recipes: each product knows its ingredients and what it costs you to make.
  • Waste gets logged with its reason.
  • Blind count: whoever counts can't see how much there should be.
  • You place orders with suppliers, and stock comes in from the XML invoice.

  • Receipt printers over USB, Bluetooth or network.
  • Cash drawer and scale.
  • Mercado Pago Point terminal for card payments.
  • Works on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.
  • During the pilot we test your printer, drawer, scale and terminal with you before going live.

Zaki counts, warns and suggests. You decide.

Here we split what already works from what's still in testing. That way you know what to expect.

Ready for pilot

  • Deducts the ingredients of each sale based on its recipe.
  • Sends the order to the kitchen and tracks each table.
  • Adds loyalty stamps and points at checkout.
  • Balances the shift with a blind count and logs every difference.

In testing, at no extra cost

  • What to order today, based on what you sell each week.
  • Odd waste: stock that went out with no explanation.
  • Price and margin: which products barely make you money.
  • Peak hours, sales forecasts and combos worth putting together.
  • Reads your supplier's invoice to record the purchase.

What the law asks for.

What the law asks of your business, and where each piece stands.

Your customers' data (LFPDPPP)

For the loyalty card and promotions, Zaki asks the customer for consent and stores it. Our lawyer reviews the privacy notice before each pilot opens.

Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0), next stage

Today Zaki doesn't stamp invoices. That comes in the next stage, with the stamping provider you choose.

A register with a trail

Everyone signs in with their own user. If someone reopens a shift report, they have to say why, and it's logged.

Pilot program

We're opening pilots, and we'll be with you.

We install it with you and adjust it to your business. We work out the pilot price together. For now, Zaki for businesses can't be bought online: it all starts with a conversation.
